DAVID REED as “Bill Jenkins”

Mr. Reed portrayed General Rawdon for Carolina ETV's Historic Hero TV series based on South Carolina Women by author, Idella Bodie. He has appeared in numerous television commercials and has been in the field of radio for 25 years. He performs regularly for South Carolina Educational Radio for the Blind. Mr. Reed created the role of Bloody Bill in Clarence Felder’s play, Captain Felder’s Cannon for Actors’ Theatre of South Carolina as well as reprising the role for Moving Image Group's feature project, All For Liberty. He played the Jewish Psychiatrist in the play, 2:Goering At Nuremburg when the production was invited to perform at the Piccolo Spoleto International Theatre Festival and created the role of Percy Shelley in Felder’s Mary Shelley: Creature of Fire which toured the state. He has been a leading actor throughout the state of South Carolina for 15 years in modern and classical theatre, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Caine Mutiny Court Martial, The Crucible, The Importance of Being Earnest and You Can’t Take It With You. David hails from the hills of a farm in the oldest town in the state Tennessee.
